Richard Moye
Throughout his tenure at The Condo Store, Richard consistently performed as a top agent and received several awards including Professional of the Year in 2006. He represented both buyers and sellers in the resale market and also assisted several developers during their sell-out phases for their on-site communities.
After obtaining his Broker’s license in early 2007, Richard became an Associate Broker at The Condo Store. Later that year, he joined Lifestyles-REALTORS® and served as Sales Manager for Paramount at Buckhead. After catapulting Paramount at Buckhead to the fastest selling high rise condominium in Buckhead, Richard along with his sales partner, Rob Hodges, decided to open their own company--Onsite Brokers.
Prior to working in real estate, Richard worked in the print and software development industries. The skills and experience he acquired in these fields have equipped him with the marketing and technology tools necessary to compete in today’s evolving real estate industry.
Richard is actively involved in the Atlanta community serving as President of his condominium association and as a member of several community organizations including the Midtown Neighbors Association, the Midtown Alliance, the Piedmont Conservancy and the Buckhead Business Association. He is also a member of the Atlanta Track Club and regularly runs half marathons and other races.
Rob Hodges, Director of Sales and Owner, brings over 12 years of experience to Onsite Brokers with a solid real estate sales and leasing background. Rob began his career in real estate in 1995 and spent five years as the sales and leasing manager of a residential high rise condominium located in downtown Atlanta. Rob also has extensive training and experience in condominium association management. He has spent the last 7 years in on-site sales establishing a proven track record in new condominium sales, condo conversion sales, and in new construction single family home and cluster home sales. Rob has been listed as one of COMMUNITIES Magazine’s “Top 100” Atlanta sales agents. Rob attended Emory University and graduated Dean’s list in 1991. Being a fourth generation Atlantan with a strong family background in real estate, gives Rob an extra edge in knowing the city’s market trends.
